I would assume that a loading phase is not recommended due to the other creatine products it has in it. The MP creatine is not just creatine monohydrate. If you were to look at other creatine monohydrates (And only monohydrate w/ no other additives or creatines) you would see a loading phase for just about all of them.

If you're interested in supplementing creatine in your diet, go for the 15mg's. A mere 5mg of creatine a day isn't enough for your body to take it into effect. That being said, I think maybe they meant upping your creatine intake 5mg's (10mg's to 15mg's)
