I think what he is saying is the guy is just repeating what has been told to the general population, but not actually doing it himself. If we were all to believe what the scientific research tells us all the time, we wouldn't be doing IF. We'd still be eating 6-8 meals, eating overly excessive calories to gain weight, lifting high amount of reps to get cut, etc...you get the point

I hear you. It seems as if I'm surrounded by a bunch of I.F. individuals. I don't do that. I still eat 6-8 small meals. Works wonders for me. BUT; I get your point.
