I agree yes but, bcaa and protein shakes are needed exept protein shake and bcaa nothing else is needed everything else is bs

I'd have to say, I have been working out for well over 5 years 5 days a week. With no supplements at all, period. Within the past 6 months I started supplementing heavily. I have gained 12 pounds of muscle in 6 months. I did also change my diet eating 3500 calories a day. But I can tell you 1000% over the years I have never seen a change like this and my wife agrees:-) just my two cents
