@ onethirtyseven....since when is recommending a balanced diet broscience? Keep eating your fried buffalo wings...maybe someday you'll get under 20% bodyfat.

onethirtyseven, Actually that is exactly where I'm getting my conclusions from, the books. I'm not the one who is saying things like: "My second week on the Carb Nite diet I ate fried Buffalo wings for seven days in a row and I lost 8 pounds! Foods like bacon, wings and steak make the diet easy". I don't know about you, but in MY BOOKS, that is called bro science... you might be going to a very different library that mine. Anyways, just like jpstanton I also wish you look coming to your own conclusions.
