To ddeavers, if the research is done electronically it still has to have a creditable source. Also, there is nothing wrong with questioning the article one reads on the internet. When talking about protein synthesis, myosin,actin and muscle hypertrophy this is not something you can learn through just life experiences. If you are not a scientist and did not do specific lab experiments your self than you do not have the right to give the information. Do not bash someone for questioning information on the internet.
