@Roe I do both weights and crossfit. my back day i do 144 pullups total. my first 6 sets of 12 i can do perfect form. then i start kicking. and by my lest set im at a **** near kip. you can do crossfit workouts without cheating on the bar. its gonna kill your time but your body will thank you
