This is an absolutely awesome point bheber6! sprint180 rounds out this counterargument though. Its seems to be about the individual's preference (ie to gain a lot more mass, but gain some fat along with it, or gain mass slower with more difficulty, but gain very little fat). Excellent! This is where public comments really shine on this site!

I agree as well. I had to learn to add coconut oil to my foods to boost my fat intake.
