Unfortunately I can't go through individual dietary plans, but I'll try to give you some general feedback. Try not to get too snowed in on details and specifics. Instead, focus on keeping track on what you eat and how the progress goes on the scale as well as in the mirror; with the mirror being the most important factor. I'm not saying this because it isn't important to consider the various sources of food that you put into your body, I'm simply saying this because if you're at the point where you feel uncertain, it's better to focus on the things where you have control. As long as you're not going below critical levels of fat (no less than 0,5 grams per kilo of bodyweight), and keep the protein high, you can pretty much adjust the carbs as you see fit. With doing this, you have a fairly good outlook until you learn more about nutrition. If you are worried about the actual items in your list, then there are none that I'd discourage you from eating. At this point, it would simply be a matter of how much. Good luck!
