I am not sure about his diet being as I wasn't with him everyday but Imagine if you went from eating three big macs per sitting as he has stated on other social networking sites. Anywhere from 2,000-3,000 calories just in one meal, so assuming he ate similar meals,high in fats and cals. he would be intaking around 7,000-10,000 cals. a day! switching to a completely healthy diet as you said around 3,000 cals. spread out over the entire day I think would produce great results! He also hasn't lost all the weight extremely fast which would produce loose skin, he has gradually lost the weight over a time span of three years. All I can say is he was as big as his before picture in every way and has made TREMENDOUS progress in his physique and should be commended for his perseverance and hard work!

Thanks bud for the backing info but as much as i want to help others, not everyone can see the help offered and accept it. Keep at it bro, it's awesome seeing you at the gym, working hard and making progress. @bald75 sorry if it sounds weird and untruthful.
