Hey gm83 my diet is around 6 meals 1) 3 white eggs with turkey and 1 slice wheat toast 2) chicken breast and mixed veggies 3) 2 scoops of ON whey 4) chicken breast with brown rice and veggies 5) steak and asparagus 6) 2 scoops ON casein protien with milk before bed
