Not yet.. Muscle mass is, however, key to weight loss, but right now your goals may be different than what this program has to offer. insanity or P90x may be more up your ally.

U wont add muscle doing P90x. This routine is perfect for beginners just dont do the drop sets. Diet will be the most important thing when it comes to losing the weight. But the more muscle u have the more calories your body will burn throughout the day.

I dont know too many beginners who cant bench 200lbs for reps! Don't let the weight phase you. As long as you are going all out and performing the excercises correctly, you cant go far wrong!

I'm not a expert or anything but if you start this workout program you'll surely benefit from it. Do not let the weight he uses in the tutorial videos discourage you. Try using lighter weight that you know you can manage for the required sets and reps. It all comes down to how determined you are to get the workout done and done right! Good Luck brotha

Exactly what I was thinking! Those workouts seem neverending and way too much for a beginner, especially a really thin, skinny guy like me. It looks terrifying.
