yes watermelon and a coffee haha. And esto28 it was always any piece of fruit before my workout until I tried watermelon for the reasons mentioned by ObeseCamelz. Fruit is still good in my opinion if you do not like a lot of food in the stomach. I found peaches to be amazing oddly enough but that one time could have been attributed to anything.
