I take my pre-workout (Bluebonnet's Extreme Edge) which contains all of the typical beta alanine, creatine, BCAA, arginine type materials basically every workout. I add a scoop of BCAA powder to it as well. For the past few weeks I've been adding a teaspoon of organic beet juice powder to it and I have to say I feel the difference. Go beets! On a side note, sugar beets are a HUGE GMO crop. You're probably looking at 95% of all beets being GMO based. If you want to try the beet method, go organic!
