Not everyone is the same. I believe a little meal timing is relevant. I'm not going to sit here and say I eat every 2 hours, but I try to time some of my meals accordingly to boost my metabolism. IE Breakfast, pre w/o, post w/o meals.

Depends on what you are trying to do. For the average gym rat looking to keep a good shapely body, timing is a low priority. If you are looking to be the muscle bound, headed for the Olympia stage, then timing is a high priority. In either case, you just need to make sure that the fuel reserves are there for when they need to be used. Eating 7-8 meals a day and training has it benefits, so does eating 3-4 meals a day and training. I've done both and frankly I love eating huge meals over eating all day.
