Hey Ms. Ashley, hope all is well with you. Question how's could your program work for Vegan's? I don't tolerate milk and milk products' at all, and trying to stay away from soy products I get my protein from alot of fruit's and veggies, plant based protein prowders what are your suggestions? And will this change the training aspect of the program?

If somebody trains first thing in the morning what is your recommendation for scheduling the first two meals? Eat upon waking, then train? Or train on an empty stomach and start the meals after training?

Hi AC, I think a few people have had this question, but I'll ask again. You recommend working out on an empty stomach or at least 1 hour after a meal. You also recommend eating within 30 minutes of waking. How should you handle that if the time you work out is within an hour of waking up? Thanks!

After having children my problem area is definitely the lower abs, YIKES! as my daughter said " she has abs while I have flabs" Wow that hurt, and its not even that bad. As I digress, I have noticed a decrease in tummy fat with my new regime of homemade kefir shakes every morning. Its high in protein and probiotics. My question is could I continue this during the program or should I stop for the duration of the program since dairy is cut out?
