Hey gStephanie27, Great question! I'm the same way btw...working out with food in my system doesn't sit well--I would recommend waking up and at least having 8 oz of coconut water--you will have way more energy to workout which will mean a bigger output and more calories burned :)

I've realized I get a much better workout in the morning if I eat a bowl of low sugar high fiber quick oatmeal about 20 mins before I workout. I do have a pretty fast metabolism though. I don't know if coconut water is an acquired taste, but I can't drink the stuff. Tastes like someone elses chilled spittle.

do i understand like you train with empty stomach ? do you lift weight? will you feel any lack of energy when you do that?
