I made an example to help out with this. 132 * 1/2 = 66g Carbs 132 * 1/2 = 66g Fat 132 * 1 = 132g Protein 66 * 9 = FAT CALS = 594 66 * 4 = CARB CALS = 264 132 * 4 = PROTEIN CALS= 528 TOTAL CALS: 1386/day

Appreciate the math but I would starve to friggin' death on this plan. I am 103lbs. So, this requires I eat a little more than 1,000 calories per day. On most days, I burn at least 1,800. That is WAY too little! Of course you will see significant losses but I'm not willing to eat this little. So, I ran the caloric intake for a 140# woman using these macros. It calls for eating about 1,400 calories. A woman who is 5'7" at 140# with a moderate active day needs 1,900 . Is this a starvation plan?
