there is no science evidence saying that eating later in the day or after 6pm has any impact on fat storage increase but if we use our minds a little bit and not think like programed robots , we will relate that there is science evidence saying that : carbs are a source of energy and will be stored by the body as fat if you dont use this energy . ( late at night before bed you dont use much energy ) so unless you do high intensity sleeping , it will be stored as fat . i see you're a ''As long as you hit your macronutients'' type of person . i wanna ask this : will is 3500 calories from chocolate give the same results of 3500 calories from whole food and lean meats , fish etc ?

Lol the bro science of no carbs after dark. Dr ralph thinking like that is where the bro science rumors started. When you rest your body dosnt slow down as much as you are implying and sleep=recovery you need maximum nutrients while recovering. The truth is that when you consume carbs in the morning your cortisol levels that spent all night going up absolutely plummet. Eating a low calorie breakfast keeps you in a fat burning state allowing you to eat more carbs at night
