Agree with you on that. I never stretch either I usually just do one warm up set and never had any problems.

lol you dont see weight lifting as stretching with resistance then ?What about ROM or just increasing some's range of motion with stretching, dont you think that if someones flexibility increases it would increase their range of motion witch in return would increase what?
