There is no added sugars in baby food at all. The only sugars you are seeing are the natually ocurring sugars in the fruit. Hope this helps!

baby food only contains natural sugars, but carrots are very high in natural sugar as far as vegetables go... it wont hurt you unless you go over board... but thats carrots in general, not baby food. Outside of some of the meat blend baby food, nearly all baby food is simply a canned fruit or vegetable puree with citric acid maybe added to preserve the foods that aren't naturally acidic enough on their own to keep for a reasonable amount of time.
