@BDTrr: I understand exactly what you mean in regards to the subjectivity of the title "fittest" I can point you to a great article written by Crossfit Founder, Greg Glassman, who debates the same question you asked Crossfit is all about increasing General Physical skills: cardio/respiratory endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy... "You are as fit as you are competent in each of these ten skills"
