Agreed. My gut doesn't bother me at all (other than in a mirror) :O lol. Just my shoulder and hip mobility. Which training for can be out of the "comfort zone" for big guys. But it's important to start doing 10 minutes of mobility drills for the exercises you're about to do as a warm up.

Im having a hard time just reaching my shoulders in the shower when I body wash and there is no gut there.
