Actually Andrew is completely right. Start a pro/am organization and call your cage "the octagon" and see how fast Zuffa lawyers on calling you up. The octagon is a trademark owned by the UFC parent company, Zuffa. The guy writing this article is very limited in his MMA knowledge and it makes for a painful read.
