You're not an ectomorph. Somatotypes have nothing to do with your metabolism. They have to do with structure. You don't need arm specific exercises if you're doing compound lifts. Isolation movements aren't going to make or break your size gains. You're working your biceps when you do pullups and plenty of upper back exercises. You're working your triceps when you do a litany of exercises. You'd be fine.
