My order just came in and i will begin to start this diet tommorrow morning first thing in the am at 630am as the plan states.!!!! i will post a couple days if there is an weight lose etc. As of Today/tomorrow the starting weight i am is now 182lb. best of luck to everyone else.

I've read most of the posts and seeing how I don't have the capital to invest in supplements right now I will be doing this work out plan for the next 20 days solely by cutting down on my food intake and garbage foods... I started yesterday and the work out really does give you a great work out... I have gone to the gym in the past and tried to work up a sweat but haven't had a sweat like i had yesterday till I tried this work out... I will come back to this post at the end of my 21 day cycle and let you know if there is any results on my end... I need something to kick start my body back into shape and hopefully this is it... Wish me luck... As you can see from the pic I need ALL the help right now... 279Lbs 5'11 or 6'0

I started this program 2 days ago. The first day I chose chicken as both lunch and dinner and was up to almost 2000 cals. Day 2 I was at 1300 with a single chicken breast for lunch and 8 oz. of lunchmeat for dinner. It seems to be going good so far with not feeling super hungry. The workouts are really good. Day 1 I did half, Day 2 I did 3/4 and Im hoping to get to a full workout by the end of the week. I started really out of shape and coming off Meniscus repair surgery a month ago so its a process. I hope to lose 12 pounds in these 21 days and think its possible. After my 21 days I will begin a different routine for my food and supplements but think I will stick with the workout portion. I am using these 21 days to jumpstart my fitness and get a quick 12-20 pounds off hopefully. The best thing for me is this gives me a routine to follow, all planned out. The workout is very basic yet really does the job. Myfitnesspal.com has be at 1910 cals a day to lose weight and this is really close so I am not worried about the food portions. I may lose some muscle but once Im down in weight and more lean I will bulk up. I'll update my progress as I go and like the OP stated, either I will be a poster child for this working or it will fail me miserably. I have an added bonus and incentive.....a guy at my work has a bet with me that if I lose 12 pounds in the 21 days he will give me $140 which will buy the round of supplents and I will have done this all for FREE!
