Dude, bouboula is right, you need a real meal plan. If you are adding too much fat on a bulk, then you have a bad diet. If you are losing all that muscle when taking the fat off, again you have a bad diet. When I cut, I gained muscle (not a massive amount, but I always increased the weight I lifted, never went down in weight). That's because I had a rock solid diet (carb cycling is my diet of choice when cutting) that allowed me to burn fat and maintain my muscle if not put a small amount of muscle on.

same. im gonna try it too. what is there to lose? $140 isnt that much for 21 days.
