I am in the middle of week one right now. The bundle of supplements that is recommended in the Bizzy plan is actually cheaper than what I've been paying at GNC. Its probably a good place for a novice like myself to start out. I am enjoying the workouts and following the schedule and meal plan is teaching me a lot. I should be able to understand how to work my own plan in the future based off the lessons of this one. Sure its all MP products. But honestly I don't care about who makes the supplements as long as they work the way they are intended. I feel cleaner and like I have more energy. The workouts are so much harder than I have been doing. Not in the sense of heavier weights but the intensity. The no resting factor wears me out. When I decided to start this program, I thought it would be super easy. Its so hard to eat that much food. I never knew 8 oz of meat and 2 cups of veggies was that much. And 23 capsules in a day is a bit hard to swallow too. But there is enough supplements in the bundle to cover the full 21 days. At least I was smart enough to count it out before I paid for it. I think my favorite part about it all is that it tells me what I SHOULD eat, not what I SHOULDN'T. I never knew what to eat when people say, avoid salt, sugars, and carbs... What the hell is left? Bizzy plan has a food list. Makes it obvious for guys like me that aren't professional body builders or subject matter experts.

Agree! Not enough "real food" nutrition and to much MP supplments.
