Yup, any body part I feel needs more work I'll hit twice a week. For me, my chest and triceps were lacking so I decided to do more heavy chest presses on Monday and more dumbbell presses of 8 to 10 reps on Friday (really focusing on my inner chest, doing close grip presses). Your diet, supplementation , and routine look good dude. Just stay consistent. You may not look like me because everybody is different. You may have a faster metabolism than me, different genetics, different intensity in your workouts, different sleeping habits, etc. I look the way I look in these photos because I did a carb and water depletion then a carb loading phase before my photoshoot. That's why I look a lot leaner and ripped. Just keep lifting and dieting hard! Never quit!
