Why do I need to prove myself to people on the internet? All I know is that I got recruited to play football after playing a whole season with a torn up knee. Then I had my surgery and a year and a half later I can squat 400 pounds. I follow a REAL workout program, one that does legs and explosive olympic lifts 3 times a week. I dont do any isolation movements, because they are for people who just want to look good, and i've gained almost 60 pounds in 2 and a half years. Yeah you are right maybe I shouldnt have put the kid down personally, I should have put bodybuilding.com down for putting a 137 pound kid on "the stage" for being a good weight lifter. Who in their right mind, on a website for bodybuilding, would advocate a kid who just eats 2 eggs an apple and peanut butter everyday and then is like "wow, he only has 5% bodyfat!". Im sure he works hard but another thing is they shouldn't put his workout regiment up because it is the ultimate bro workout. One half assed day for legs and then every other day for abs and arms? He is not even that cut how can you put him on a bodybuilding website? I've seen amateurs of the week before and they were impressive but the last few have been crap.
