I think a better way to look at it is that he does 12 total sets of calf raises, and only does 9 sets of exercizes that focus on his quads, 13 if u include lunges but still, not very good at all

Hey guys it seems you all don't like my leg plan very much lol. Just remember every one is different and also a good workout routine is one that is constantly changing, soo this is just the routine I was working with at the time, this routine was written up about 3 months ago, I have since then changed my routine about 50 times so if you don't like it don't use it. Hope everyone has a great day!
