Dear friend, why order from the US when you live in Brazil?

same thing has happened to me. I live in Japan. Mine went to Australia. It says it has been delivered. I have been assured 6 times that DHL messed up the tracking numbers and my package is in Japan, but I have already received BB.com packages I have ordered AFTER the missing package. over 200$ worth of protein and supps. I just have to wait.... Nothing I can do! I need my protien and supps. the few things they sell in Japan are total crap. All my stuff passes through Germany, and after 5 years I have NEVER had a problem. but this time it went to austriala and says "delivered". I have no other choice. Amazon dot com wont ship supps and protein internationally and the few other companies that ship supps internationally say shipping takes 2 to 3 months. I thought 6 weeks was bad. I am not complaining. just saying it has happened to me, and like other people said, your package does go through another country, and recently DHL supposedly screwed up a TON of international tracking numbers. hit up customer service.

That must be frustrating. I had a similar experience; except that I finally received my purchase today. I live in Japan but according to the DHL site, my parcel seemed to have gone to Spain. DHL did not respond to my inquiries, but the service staff here replied to me promptly. It turns out that DHL is recycling tracking numbers-in too short a cycle apparently. There are now duplicated numbers, and the one went to Spain is a completely different parcel that happens to share the same number as mine. The delay (it took almost two months) seems to have been caused by slow processing at Japan's custom. Hope you'll receive yours soon.

I have never had a problem with receiving the products I've order from bb.com. I believe, as others have said, that your case is a very limited occurrence. Let's try a little experiment. If you try shipping me a product from your house to mine and the product get's lost, who's to blame? Not you the shipping company (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc). Once the product leaves BB.com's warehouse's, they have little liability over what happens to the product.
