Translation : Prior to this workout I was training with HIIT. During this program I feel exhausted during the middle of week 3, mostly pains in my elbows and shoulders. This plan is missing when you should be performing cardio. I also believe that legs deserve its own day rather than training legs and back on the same day. The workouts for days that don't include arms (I.e back or chest day) must be described.
